Purchase of a new strip till drill and inter-row mower for a new regenerative pasture cropping system to allow grain crops to be grown in a cover of grasses, legumes and wildflowers, with the rows in between being strip tilled with heritage varieties of crops.

Hiring a rotary ditcher to create foot drains and scrapes to enhance and create habitats for red-listed wading birds, including lapwing, avocet, snipe, and redshank, spreading populations across the Norfolk Coast on freshwater marshes.

Permissive path improvements, Holkham
Upgrading an existing permissive path that has worn away to give people with disabilities better access to extended areas of Holkham National Nature Reserve, including bird hides, making it more inclusive for visitors to this special landscape.

Mink trapping, Broadland and North Norfolk
Introducing ‘smart rafts’ that send a notification when a mink trap on a floating raft is tripped to the western Broadland rivers catchment and in North Norfolk. Without mink control, water voles would go extinct and other species would decline.

Management of the tern colony, Blakeney Point
Improving the management and monitoring of the tern colony within this National Trust site, with equipment to deter large gulls and to monitor fox activity, rope to mark out where birds are nesting on the ground, and equipment for volunteers.

Protecting the course of the River Glaven, Cley Harbour
De-silting and reprofiiling the banks of the River Glaven in order to preserve the natural course of the channel through the salt marsh and up to Cley Quay, also reducing flood risk and enhancing river access for wildlife and the community.
